The additional charge per person per night for cottages which will accommodate more than 2 persons is $20.00. Cottage occupancy is limited to actual bed space ONLY. Absolutely no sleeping bags are allowed. Weekly rates, seven nights are available for the price of six nights. All rates subject to Lake County Occupancy Tax.
Reservations will be guaranteed ONLY with a deposit of one night's stay, payable at the time of booking.
Cancellations will be honored and your deposit returned when notice is received FOURTEEN days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, the cost of one night will be forfeited from your deposit if we are unable to rent the cottage which you have reserved. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit when canceling your reservation.
